Chicken With Red Chili, BBQ Sauce and Peaches

  1. Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken (discarded)
  • 1 pot of peaches in syrup (or natural peach, depending on what you prefer)
  • 1 cup of BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh or roasted thyme
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon hot paprika or red paprika in pasta
  • 1 teaspoon of English sauce or soy
  • oil
  • a sprig of fresh ginger (chopped or pasta)
  • beer
  • a cup of chopped potatoes in boxes
      Preparationn:

    • Wash the chicken
    • Season the chicken with salt, garlic, BBQ sauce and finally place the herbs (oregano, fresh basil and fresh or roasted thyme)
    • Add the beer.
    • Add the potatoes
    • Place the mustard
    • Add the English sauce and soy
    • Add the oil
    • Add fresh ginger (chopped or pasta)
    • Add the peach with your syrup
    • place the red paprika (in paste or powder)
    Place in the oven at 250 g for 1 hour (when it is half an hour in the oven, check and move so that the chicken is cooked and browned properly.
